Satıcı mesajlarıma cevap vermiyor ayrıca iade talebi açtım 1 hafta oldu hala cevap vermedi. Ebay desteğe başvurdum 17 nisana kadar ürünün kargoya verilmesini bekleyin diyor. Ebayda sistem bu şekilde yavaş mı işliyor? Daha kısa bir şekilde nasıl siparişi iptal edip iade alabilirim?

I ordered this item on March 18. After I waited enough for the seller to ship it, I tried to get contact with the seller. However, the seller was not responding to my messages. I've started a dispute but accidentally closed the case.
Since it's been a long time and the seller neither has shipped the item nor responding to the messages I've sent, I want you to HELP me to get my money back.
I've trusted to eBay and I'm pretty sure I'll not be regretful at the end.
