Dear xxxxx, For the domain name related issues, the registrar is the final resort. Please keep in touch with Wild West Domains. In the meantime, if you believe that your registrar Wild West did not assist you appropriately, you may submit the Transfer Complaint Form (https://icannportal.force.com/compliance/s/transfer) to ICANN's Contractual Compliance Team. Hello Mrs. xxxxxx,
Even though I repeatedly try to explain to registrar Wild West Domains (almost for a month now) that No one (including me) can reach the Reseller named REGNET, they keep insisting that I should call/contact REGNET as their reseller.
It is kind of a dead end. We are in an infinite loop.
(I am not the only one who is suffering from this problem.I have dozens of people in the community looking for a solution to this loop)
What can ICANN do about such situations?
Could filling a Transfer Complaint Form get me my EPP codes? (I filled 3 forms for my 3 domains, by the way.)
