I understand that your domains purchased from Teknoclouds have been deactivated.

I understand that you have a hard situation and I would like to assure you that Microsoft Azure has taken action about mitigating the issue and the process of reactivating the domains as fast as possible. I am also personally taking this case with priority and empathy. I am also sorry that you have to deal with such inconvenience in Bayram week.
I see that you purchased your domain from Teknoclouds more than 60 days ago, so you could transfer your domain to another domain registrar. We will inform you when the transfer is approved, and you will have your EPP / Authorization codes sent, so you may contact another domain registrar and request a domain transfer. The authorization code can only be sent to the Administrative Contact listed on your domain.
I would like to send you the procedure just in case you need it for the domains that were purchased within the last 60 days from Teknoclouds. If that is the case, I would like to inform you that we have partnered up with DomainsPricedRight.com who will be assisting us with moving the domains into their ecosystem. Domains that are not moved to Domains Priced Right will not be able to be managed or accessed until it has been moved to Domains Priced Right.
If you purchased your domain from Teknocloud within the last 60 days, you may have your domain moved to Domains Priced Right, free of charge. To begin this process, follow the below steps.
· Go to DomainspricedRight.com and create a shopper account.
· In the shopper account place your contact information under Account/Settings (will help with moving domains into that account.)
· Send an email to support@wildwestdomains.com with the below information, they can assist with moving the domains out of the current account into your own account.
