I received an update from the engineers that they are unable to verify domain ownership in this way and resend the EPP codes.

The only alternative they managed to do is to move the domain to DomainsPricedRight.com, so now the domains are there. The next procedure is to contact them and try to get the domains back by visiting changeupdate.com or calling 850 390 75 46 between the hours: 9:00 - 19:00, Sunday through Friday.

Unfortunately we will not be able to assist you further or provide any further details on this matter.

I completely understand your concerns, yet I am just not able to provide you with an alternative. We are in discussions everyday with our senior engineers, for more than a month and I have updated you for every possible option that we have established for the process.

For now, this is the procedure and it seems to be the final option, as the domains were moved. Please, contact Domains Priced Right on the contact options that I have sent to you, and try to get the domains back. Don’t give up, as this is a new procedure from today and I really hope that they could be able to verify the ownership.

As I said, I would keep the case open if you would like to update us, but it is not in our power to assist you further on the matter.
