Çok güzel bir konu ne zamandır böyle bir şey bekliyordum. Bilen bilir belki yıllardır domain satışa koymuyorum r10'da. Geçende bir paraya sıkıştım indirim yaptım domainlere öylesine bir konu açtım. Benim önerim ise rezerve fiyatı mutlaka ama mutlaka geri gelmeli. 1 tl'den başlatıyoruz 5 tl'ye gidiyor bazen domain. Ama domain reg ücreti zaten 15 tl. Diyeceksinzki o zaman sende 1 tl'den başlatma 50 tl'den başlat. Bu kezde çok fazla teklif gelmeyince konu altlara gidiyor. Değerini bulamıyor. Her sattığımız domain videoizle.com gibi bir domain değilki koyar koymaz hemen duyulsun teklifler havada uçussun.

Bir başka önerimde fiyat aralığı konulsun kategorilere. Hiç kimse kusura bakmasın ama info yada tk uzantılı domain satıyor jenerik diye arkadaş bizim önümüzde kalıyor. R10'da domain ticaretinin canlanması için tekrar alıcının korunduğu kadar satıcınında korunması lazım.

Önceki kategori düzeni bir kere berbat oldu bir gecede birileri karar verdi yapıldı. Bu kategori düzeni mutlaka değişmeli. Nasıl olmalı derseniz daha önce önerilerimiz olmuştu. Talep gelirse yine hepberaber karar veririz yaparız.


Ha birde aklıma gelmişken ben pr5 domain adresini açık yazmadım diye banlandım. Ve gerçekten kuralların değiştiğini bilmiyordum. Ama domain arayan bir arkadaş fiyat aralığı belirtmiyor ve uyarı bile gelmiyor. Kurallar sadece alıcı içinmi geçerli? Ha birde domain adresini açık olarak yazma kuralıda saçma. Pr5 domainin açık olarak yazılmama sebebini herkes biliyor olası şikayetler. Bu kurallar mutlaka ve mutlaka değişmeli. İyi forumlar herkese.

Ama birde konu sahibibnin yalamaları oluyor, konu aşağıya indikçe
hayırlı satışlar,
kolay gelsin,
süper domain,
param olsa alırdım,
mesajım bulunsun,
satma bunu abi pişman olursun
gibi yalama olduğu belli olanların mesajları silinip banlanması yerinde olacaktır.. Konu sahibinden ziyade böyle kişilerin yazdıkları haksız rekabet ortamı ve kullanıcıyı kandırmaya yönelik hareketlerdir..

ek bir kodlama ile zaman sayacı konulsa ve zamanı dolan konu otomatik kilitlense veya yöneticilere bildirilse güzel olur.

*mesela elemanın biri falanca sektörde domain arıyorum diye konu açsın o konu en fazla 30 veya 60 gün aktif olsun sonra otomatikmen zamanı gelince kapansın.

*aynı şekilde domain satarkende aynı süre sınırlaması konulsun o zaman içinde satılmazsa domain konu otomatikmen kapansın.


Birde domain arıyorum bölümünde konuyu açıp hiç ilgilenmeyen üyelerin belirli bir ceza puanı olsun. aynı ilgisizlikten 4-5 defa (-) alan kişi o bölümde konu açamasın.
yada buna benzer başka bir önlem.

adam konu açıyor bekle ki beyim konuya dönsünde, cevap yazsın pehh. kimsenin zamanı boşaharcanmamış olur...

Öncelikle 3 ana kategori olmalı ve tüm satış konuları moderatör onaylı olmalı:
1-Açık arttırma ile yapılan satışlar (açık arttırmalarda başlangıç fiyatları bir üst limite bağlanmalı, adam 1000TL den açık arttırma başlatmamalı)
2-Sabit fiyatlı satışlar (belirli bir fiyat aralığı ya da üst limit de belirlenebilir mesela 100TL alt limit gibi)
3-Portföy sergisi (10' dan veya X' ten fazla domaini olanların ellerindeki satılık domainleri sergileyecekleri kategori)

Daha sonra 1. kategori 3'e bölünmeli:
a-com,net,org uzantılı domainler
b-3-4 karakter domainler
c-diğer uzantılı domainler (bu kategori dışında com,net,org harici domain sergisi yapılamayacak)

(jenerik domain kargaşasından kurtulamadığımız için sadece Türkçe' de yer alan bu kavramdan vazgeçmeliyiz diye düşünüyorum)

2. kategori de aynı şekilde 3' e bölünebilir.

Kategoriler bu şekilde olabilir. Gelelim satış kurallarına:

*Açık arttırma başlatan bir kişi, domaine teklif geldikten sonra arttırımı sonlandıramaz. Sonlandırabilmesi için hemen al ile satması ve satışı dışardaki platformlardan veya r10' dan yaptığını ispatlaması istenebilmeli.
*Açık arttırmalarda maximum başlangıç fiyatı belirlenmeli. Dalga geçer gibi "aaabbbccc.com domaini açık arttırmada, eee!!! Açık arttırma başlangıç fiyatı 5.000TL, hemen al fiyatı 5010TL" olmamalı.
*Satışlarda öncelik trader olmamalı, ender durumlar dışında domain alışı yapan kişi önce ödemeyi yapmalı daha sonra domain transferi yapılmalı. Gerekirse domain sahibinin sahibiyetini ispatlaması istenebilir. Ender durumlardan kastım ise, yeni üye veya güven konusunda şüphe uyandıran domain sahipleri ile forumda kendini kanıtlamış kişiler arasındaki alışverişler. Zaten havuz olayı gelirse bu konuyu tartışmaya bile gerek kalmayacak.
*Bir açık arttırmadaki domaine teklif veren kişi, domain sahibinin onayı olmadan teklifini geri çekemeyecek veya fiyat değiştiremeyecektir (ama en azından teklif verdikten 2-3 saat sonrasına kadar teklifi geri çekmesine müsaade edilebilir). Ancak kendisinden sonra teklif veren olursa kendi teklifini çekebilir çünkü bu durumda başka domainlere veya projelere yönelebilir.
*Hemen al ile teklif alan satıcı etik gereği son teklif sahibine dönüş yapıp domaini hemen al ile almak isteyip istemediğini sormalı. Zorunlu değil ancak etik olur.
*Açık arttırma bittikten sonra arttırımda teklifi bulunan her üye domaini almaktan sorumlu ve domain sahibi, son teklif veren domaini almazsa herhangi bir kişiye domaini satma hakkına sahip olmalıdır. yani son teklifçi domaini almadı, banlandı ondan öncekine satarım ya da satmam diyebilmelidir.
*Arttırım bittikten sonra en geç 2 veya 3 iş günü içerisinde ödeme yapılmalı ve gene 2 veya 3 iş günü içinde transfer işlemleri halledilmelidir.
*Açık arttırmalarda minimum artış belirtilmeli, belirtilmemiş ise 1TL olarak kabul edilmeli ve son tekliften sonra beklenecek maximum süre 48 saati geçmemelidir.
****** domainler dışında konuya domain adı yazılmak zorundadır. Domaini sergilemek istemeyen satış konusu açmasın arkadaş!!!
*Bir kullanıcı için satış bölümlerinde günlük bir konu açma limiti getirilmeli. Elindeki 10 domainin her biri için tek tek satış konusu açıp boşa kalabalık eden satışlardan kaçınılmalıdır.
*Satış konularına 1 haftadan(en azından 15 gün) daha uzun süre yorum yazılmamış ise ya otomatik kilitlenmeli veya gelecek tekliflere kapatılmalı. Adam 2007 yılında domain satış konusu açmış, nasıl buluyorlarsa gidip o domaine teklif veriyorlar.
*Flood olayı çözümlenmeli, 15 günde bir konu "up" edilebilmeli mesela...

1. Başlık içerisinde mutlaka bir Alan Adı olmalı! Yani ihale için listelenen Alan adı yada websitesi konu başlığına dahil edilmelidir. "Alan Adı ismini özel mesaj" ile isteyin gibi gönderiler yasaktır. Başıl içerisinde alan adı bilertilmeyen konular silinebilir ancak, you would be allowed to repost the thread on a subsequent day if this happens to your thread. eğer yeni üye yada il suçunuz ise moderatörün takdirine bağlı olarak konu başlığınızı düzeltebilir. 2. Müzayedeler en az 1$ ile başlayıp 1 er $ artırımlı olabilir. Bu bölüm de rezerve etmek veya depolamak yasaktır.

The standard to this rule, if its not exactly specified by the thread starter is this - 4 minutes remaining, bid placed, 5 minutes get added, so clock gives 9 total minutes till end of auction. If 1 minute or less is remaining, 5 minutes get added, so the clock gives 6 total minutes before auction closes. This is the standard to be used whereby anti-snipe is in place (and ONLY if anti-snipe is in place as would be stated by the auction holder).
- 5 minute Anti-Sniping is automatically in effect for auction with multiple bids in the last minute.
- If the ending time is 12:00, OP must state either 12:00 Noon or 12:00 Midnight. No 12:00AM or 12:00PM allowed. Time zone is still required regardless of the time.

5. NO ***** CONTENT, post anything that's ***** in the ***** Sales and Offers forum.

6. No multiple site auctions. If it's listed for auction here, it may not be listed for auction somewhere else.

7. Blatant and deliberate attempts to bump your thread to the top of the list with comments like (but not limited to) "bump", "up", "still available", "2 more days to go", etc. will result in the thread either being closed or deleted without notice! You may be warned at first, but repeated offenses may be treated differently. You are allowed one Bump in the last day (last 24 hours) of the auction.

9. Accurate stats! Please ensure that your sales listing is not vague with regards to traffic, search engine rankings, or revenue. If you choose to declare this information then ensure that it is accurate and to the point.

10. Reference to Overture scores must state if the score is either WITH the domain extension (dnforum.com) or WITHOUT the extension (dnforum).

As per general marketplace rules, when claiming traffic or revenue, proof is required (ex: screen shots)

1. Reserve price auctions are not permitted. All auctions must start at the lowest amount you are willing to accept for the domain name.

2. Once an auction is posted you may reserve the right to end, or change your auction at any time... until a bid is placed. At that time, you are obligated to follow through with the auction "as is". Nothing can be added, or changed once a bid is placed.

3. It is ok to use a BIN (buy it now) price, but BIN prices must be included at the start of the auction, before a first bid is placed. Once a bid is placed, BIN prices cannot be added, changed, or removed.

4. Multi-forum, or multi-venue auctions are not permitted. When you post an auction, it must be an exclusive listing while posted here.

5. All bids must be recived in the auction thread. Private bids, or bids via Pm are not valid bids.

Teklif verip Vazgeçme Kuralı Kesinlikle olmalı

Önümüzde dünya çapında forum siteleri var Domain'le ilgili. İlgili siteler incelenerek oradaki kurallar ve de forum yapısı oturtulabilir. Ama en başta Domain Satış başlığı tamamen kaldırılmalıdır. Adamlar bir jeneriğe açıyor, bir com,net'e açıyor gidiyor bir de Domain Satış'a açıyor.

Bir bakıyorsun 10 tane domain satıyor adam, her biri için ayrı başlık açmış. Saygı diye bir şey yok. 400 tane domain'im var. Hepsi için bizlerde başlık açalım.

Bakıyorsun adam 2007-2008-2009 kayıtlı keyfinin istediği her yere başlık açıyor. Bunlar da mümkün mertebede takip edilirse daha sağlıklı bir platform olur.

Gerisinde bence Lütfü ile WTF olması gereken bir çok düzeltmeyi uzun uzun ifade etmişler.

Eğer script yazılacağını bilsem forumu benzersiz hale getirecek öneriler sunabilirim.

Örneğin her şey otomatiğe bağlanabilir. Dolayısı ile başlıklar, ilgisiz bölümler altına açılamaz. Ama bunun için özel script'e girilmesi lazım ve bunun için forum yöneticileri umursar mı onu bilmem.
