1. Başlık içerisinde mutlaka bir Alan Adı olmalı! Yani ihale için listelenen Alan adı yada websitesi konu başlığına dahil edilmelidir. Birden fazla alan adı oldugu zaman ise en az biri başlığa dahil edilmelidir. Ek olarak satılan tüm alan adları gödneriye dahil edilmeli. "Alan Adı ismini özel mesaj" ile isteyin gibi gönderiler yasaktır. Başıl içerisinde alan adı bilertilmeyen konular silinebilir ancak, you would be allowed to repost the thread on a subsequent day if this happens to your thread. eğer yeni üye yada il suçunuz ise moderatörün takdirine bağlı olarak konu başlığınızı düzeltebilir. Dafa fazla bilği için konun el altındaki kural 10 a bakın.

2. Müzayedeler en az 1$ ile başlayıp 1 er $ artırımlı olabilir. Bu bölüm de rezerve etmek veya depolamak yasaktır.

3. Başlama zamanı konuyu yayınlama zamanıdır. Gecikmeli başlatma yoktur.

4. Zaman aralığında bağlı olarak kesin bir bitiş zamanı ve tarih bildirmelisiniz. NO "ends *hours after last bid" allowed. AT YOUR LEISURE, you may also allow for provisions of anti-sniping, so that a bid placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction would extend the auction by an additional 5 minutes to the clock. The standard to this rule, if its not exactly specified by the thread starter is this - 4 minutes remaining, bid placed, 5 minutes get added, so clock gives 9 total minutes till end of auction. If 1 minute or less is remaining, 5 minutes get added, so the clock gives 6 total minutes before auction closes. This is the standard to be used whereby anti-snipe is in place (and ONLY if anti-snipe is in place as would be stated by the auction holder).
- 5 minute Anti-Sniping is automatically in effect for auction with multiple bids in the last minute.
- If the ending time is 12:00, OP must state either 12:00 Noon or 12:00 Midnight. No 12:00AM or 12:00PM allowed. Time zone is still required regardless of the time.

5. NO ***** CONTENT, post anything that's ***** in the ***** Sales and Offers forum.

6. No multiple site auctions. If it's listed for auction here, it may not be listed for auction somewhere else.

7. Blatant and deliberate attempts to bump your thread to the top of the list with comments like (but not limited to) "bump", "up", "still available", "2 more days to go", etc. will result in the thread either being closed or deleted without notice! You may be warned at first, but repeated offenses may be treated differently. You are allowed one Bump in the last day (last 24 hours) of the auction.

9. Accurate stats! Please ensure that your sales listing is not vague with regards to traffic, search engine rankings, or revenue. If you choose to declare this information then ensure that it is accurate and to the point.

10. Reference to Overture scores must state if the score is either WITH the domain extension (dnforum.com) or WITHOUT the extension (dnforum).

12. Please review all the forums before choosing one to post your thread, pick the most appropriate forum. For example, please post:

Domain names in the Domain Name Auctions forum.
IDN Domain names in the IDN Auctions forum.
Websites in the Websites Auction forum.
Links to auctions outside DNF (such as your sedo auctions, etc.) in External Links.



13. You are only allowed to post one (1) thread in this forum per 24 hours.
14. No proxy or PM bid allowed.

10. ALL DOMAIN SALES MUST list the actual domain name IN THE POST, and at least one of the domain names being sold in the title of the post, you must post the ACTUAL DOMAIN NAME. No spacing of letters or domains is permitted in titles and/or posts for all Platinum Sales sections as well as the Domain Appraisal section. There's a solution for those avoiding spiders, you may use example(.)com or example(dot)com. In addition, most forums have a sticky thread or an announcement thread (or perhaps both) with more rules specific to that subforum. Please check for specific sticky threads and specific announcements that pertain to the subforum before posting in the forums. This rule is echoed in many sticky threads across our forum. The same basic rules of the Fixed-Price/Offers sections apply to Auctions, with the following specific additions only need for auctions (see down below).

Buyers And Sellers
Commenting / Bumping / Questions

  • Any Traffic? / Can you Prove any Revenue? etc. type questions to the OP IS allowed
  • Bumps and glorified bumps (status updates) are once per 24 hours (unless otherwise stated in section rules)
  • Answering questions of potential buyers is NO LONGER considered a bump - This IS Allowed now
  • Thread crashing posts that may deliberately hinder a members ability to sell a domain is NOT Allowed
  • Educational comments that may help a newer domainer understand the industry and it's risks are questionable. (each situation will be evaluated separately)

You may ONLY post in this section if you own the names listed for sale. If you are selling on behalf of someone else as a broker, Please use the Domain Brokerage section.

SELLER RULES

1. Membership Posting limits

Free Members up to 2 active Marketplace threads at a time
Supporters up to 4 active Marketplace threads at a time

An "active" thread is defined as any marketplace sales thread that you wish to keep open and visible to marketplace visitors. You can keep your thread active by adding a reply yourself before the 30 day period. UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT

3. Please list registrar and expiration date for ALL domains posted for sale.

4. Links to screen shots of Traffic and/or revenue must be provided if you are claiming either with regard to ANY name in your sale. All screenshots MUST have the domain name clearly visible in them.

5. NO PayPal fees may be charged to buyers! Per PayPal's TOS,

8. No "see my sig" posts

9. No Stealth posts "PM me for the name" type posts..Names must be posted.

11. No Cross posting no copying/partial copying of sales between the sales forums.

12. Consolidate multiple domains for sale into one (1) Sales thread for convenience and courtesy. The continued growth of our community makes this necessary to keep things running smoothly for EVERYONE.

13. Fixed Price / Buy-It-Now - If an item is offered with a fixed sales price, the terms of the offer will assumed valid for seven days following the thread starter's most recent post in the thread, unless specified otherwise by the thread starter.

14. NO hidden fees of any type, transfers (etc.) Please make it clear if any special conditions or charges are necessary due to registrar policies.

BUYER RULES

1. Do not make offers in the thread unless seller invites offers.

2. If you post SOLD for any name in any thread, it is considered binding.

3. Names being bid on or bought that are not clearly posted in full or bids that do not contain
proper dollar amounts could be removed and considered invalid.

Infraction points could be awarded or sales voided at the discretion of the moderators as required to ensure smooth functioning of the marketplace.


Rules Specific to the Auction Forum

The following must be included with all auctions:

Domain Name
Domain name registrar
Domain name renewal date
Starting bid
Bidding Increments
A clear end date and time for the auction (ex: 1/01/01 at 1pm pst, or "48 hours after a final bid is placed")
Payment options (Ex: paypal, moneybookers etc)

As per general marketplace rules, when claiming traffic or revenue, proof is required (ex: screen shots)

1. Reserve price auctions are not permitted. All auctions must start at the lowest amount you are willing to accept for the domain name.

2. Once an auction is posted you may reserve the right to end, or change your auction at any time... until a bid is placed. At that time, you are obligated to follow through with the auction "as is". Nothing can be added, or changed once a bid is placed.

3. It is ok to use a BIN (buy it now) price, but BIN prices must be included at the start of the auction, before a first bid is placed. Once a bid is placed, BIN prices cannot be added, changed, or removed.

4. Multi-forum, or multi-venue auctions are not permitted. When you post an auction, it must be an exclusive listing while posted here.

5. All bids must be recived in the auction thread. Private bids, or bids via Pm are not valid bids.

Bidders

Please only post a bid if you are 100% certain that you can follow through if you win. Bid retractions are not permitted.


Please observe each sellers terms before placing your bids to make sure you qualify to bid.
