    Nerden anlatmaya başlayım bilemiyorum. Sunucularının yavaşlığından mı, yüksek loadlardan mı ya da transfer beceriksizliklerinden mi...

    Yaklaşık 10 gün önce www.webhostingworld.net sitesinden reseller host almaya karar verdim. Yaptığım araştırmalara göre eski bir firma ve olumsuz pek yorum göremedim ve aldım. Herşey o anda başladı zaten. Aylık 20 dolar olan paketlerinden almaya karar verdim. Çünkü ucuz olan paketteki account sayısı bana yetmiyordu. İşte çakallık burada başlıyordu. Çünkü en az 6 aylık ödeme yapabiliyorsunuz. Sonra sitelerindeki 30 day Money Back olayına güvendiğim için satın aldım. Yani 120 doları bayıldım.

    Hesaplarımı Cpanel Sunucudan kendi cpanel sunucularına çekmeleri yaklaşık 2 gün sürdü. Hem de bazılarını ben kendim taşımak zorunda kaldım. Buna eywallah dedim.
    Sonra kullandığım ilk 3 gün içinde 3 ya da 4 kere apache derlediler sunucuda. Buna da eyvallah dedim.
    Derledikleri apache ioncube ve gd image library içermiyordu. Bu yüzden ioncube gerektiren sitelerim ve wordpress gibi resim boyutlandırma yapan sitelerim tam olarak çalışmadı. Sonra ben de onlara ticket attım, doğru derleyin apacheyi, şu özellikler çalışmıyor diye. Gelen mesaj ise komikti. Siteleriniz çalışıyor, sorun olan siteyi söyleyin dediler. Acaba wp admin şifremi mi verseydim adamlara?

    Neyse arada bir gitmeye de başladı siteler. Artık isyan bayrağını çekecektim. Money back olayına güvendiğim için hesabın kapatılmasını istedim ve paramı geri istedim. Sitelerinde sorgusuz sualsiz parayı iade ediyoruz dediler, adamlara bir sürü hesap verdim. Yok niye kapatıyorsunuz falan filan. onu da geçtik.
    Adamlar tamam dedi 48 saat içinde paranız yatacak geri. Bekledim 48 saati para falan yok. Yine ticket attım. Bu sefer refunds@2checkout.com adresinden mail geldi. 7-10 iş günü içinde paranız geri yatacak diye. Ama geri yatacak olan tutar 60 dolar görünüyordu. Yani 60 dolarım kayıptı.
    Hemen online chat ile bağlandım. Sordum. Hold please diye diye 2-3 kez chat oturumunu yüzüme kapattılar. Sonra 60 doların transfer ücreti olduğunu öğrendim.

    Bu kadar pahalı transfer ücreti olur mu sorusuna ise cevap komikti. 24 saat uğraşmışlar ve trafik harcamışlar. Eğer onlardan yeni host alırsam transfer bedava olacakmış.

    En son bu rezilliği heryerde anlatıcam deyip yolladım.

    Bu zamana kadar bir sürü yerle çalıştım fakat böylesini ilk defa gördüm.Kısacası webhostingworld'den uzak durun. Paranızı bu çakallara kaptırmayın.

    İstek durumunda yazışmaları da burada yayınlayacağım. r10 yöneticilerinden isteğim bu yazıyı sabitlemeleri. Daha fazla bu adamlara para kaptırmanın bir anlamı yok...

    1 hafta boyunca sitem açılmadı deli etmişlerdi bol bol kendilerinin kulaklarını çınlattım.. neyse ben kurtuldum sende kurtuldun ama 60 dolar karşılıgında geçmiş olsun

    i am in Turkey and my sites are based on Turkish language. Your servers are far away from here so ping times are very much. my visitors complaint about site speed.

    i got this message but this is very silly. u dont say anything about transfer fees on your site.
    i paid u 120 dolar and u give me back 60 dolar.
    if transfer fee or usage fee for 10 days was 10-20 dolar, i wouldnt say anything. but u take 60 dolars.
    i look for the web and everyone say about u: whw is 7 years old company, and u can trust.

    i trusted u but this is very silly condition. i will tell this on the web. also webmaster forums.

    my server was cpanel and if u have cpanel server, it is quick to transfer accounts between 2 cpanel server. if u dont know how to transfer, i can teach u. so u say that it has took 24 hours. technical department have to know these....
