OVH Vergi Muafiyeti Hakkında

Merhaba, Türkiye’ deki müşteriler vergi ödemiyor diye biliyordum. Destek talebi ilettiğimde benden kimlik ve hesap dökümü istediler. İlettikten sonra şu şekilde dönüş yaptılar. Daha önce böyle bir sorun yaşayan var mı? Nasıl çözdünüz?

We inform you that the VAT exemption is not possible for private accounts, the exemption is only possible for company accounts.

Durumu özetlemelerini istediğim bir e-posta gönderdim. Bu şekilde dönüş yaptılar.

According to OVH policies unfortunately they do not allow you to claim VAT exemption as a private individual.
Billing is regulated on the basis of the location of the requested services, in this case Europe.

Sadece şirketlere VAT yani kdv indirimi yapıyorlar çünkü zaten şirketler bunu kdv2 beyanıyla devlete ödemek zorunda. Ancak bireylere indirim yapmazlar çünkü ovh kdv3 beyanıyla bu vergiyi devlete ödüyor.

3 ay öncesine kadar her talepte onaylıyorlardı, sanırım suistimal edildiği için biraz yan çizme durumu mevcut. Fatura, ikametgah vs. istedikleri de oluyor.
