hosting nerede ise onun ile alakalı forbiden yazmıyor yasak yok.
sanırım sunucu bom. hosting saglayıcıgın ile görüş.

neden birden böyle birşey olsun ki yinede bir görüşeyim.Ben hatanın benden kaynaklandığını sanıyordum

Sorunu çözdüm GEnellikler dosyalar 644 dizinler 755 olması gerekir. 777 ise dosya bu hata ortaya çıkıyor.

site kök dizini olan public_html klasörünün sahipliğini değiştirdiğinizde sunucu bu hatayı verebilir. her sunucuda vermez. genelde 750 olarak tutulur.
