taglar gözükmüyor

arkadaşlar i3theme-seo temasını yükledim fakat konuya girdiimde taglar gözükmüyor.neden gözükmüyor sizce.

Temanda single.php ve index.php de şu kodu uygun yere koyman gerekli..
