.htaccess Sorunum

Arkadaşlar benim sitemin dosyalarında aşağıdaki .htaccess kodları yer almaktadır. Bu kodlardan dolayı site bing aramalarında görünmüyor ve botlar işlemlerini doğru yapamıyor.
