Wordpress Plugin Request Timeout Hatası

Merhaba

Wordpress de bir tane plugini aktif ederken aşağıdaki gibi bir hata alıyorum. Php ini de duzenlemeler yaptım ama yine de çözüm olmadı.

Bu plugin'i wordpress paneli haricinde bir yerden aktive edebilir miyim?

Hata aşaığıdaki gibidir.
