I am Fahad Hassen, a web security researcher and would like to point out a serious email security issue on xxxx.com.
Anyone can create and send an email from your domain for any purpose. If you would like a demonstration, I can send you a test email to which appear to come from you under an email address ending with the domain, xxxxx.com
This is very dangerous since it can result in the following:
* Your domain could be used to send bulk emails, using an address such as
info@xxxx – This will cause all your legitimate emails to goto spam.
* Other businesses or people can be contacted impersonating you, and then ask to check an image/document – if the victim opens it, this can result in an attacker gaining control of the victim’s computer or phone.
If you would like more information or a harmless demonstration, let me know and I can help, and also advise on how to prevent it.
If the domain is not for serious purposes, please ignore this message.
