Bu hata tam olarak ne yaptıktan sonra çıktı ?
Ayrıca user.php ile oynadınız mı hiç ?

hiç bir şeyle oynamadım hocam bugün çıkmaya başladı

Sunucu ile alakalı olabilir o zaman hocam. Çünkü user.php'deki bir değişken null olarak dönüyor sanırım. O yüzden böyle bir sorun meydana geliyor.

try
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

- Deleting the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from the server and then re-upload them from a fresh download of WordPress by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
