Wordpress temaya sabit menü

Arkadaşlar temamın header kısmına sabit menü eklemek istiyorum. Yani menü ayarlarından girildiğinde değilde temanın kendi kodlarına eklemek istiyorum. Tabii alt alta olan sayfalarda var. Acaba link verme şeklinde temama nasıl menü eklerim?
