Using TimThumb for thumbnails
copy the extra/scripts (this folder only) to your wordpress root
sample:
/public_html/<!-- here -->
and if you're using subdomain
/public_html/wordpress/<!-- here -->
/public_html/blog/<!-- here -->
remember to chmod 777/755 the scripts folder
