    Merhaba,

    Eski hesabımı kapatıp yeni bir PayPal hesabı açtım. Eski hesabımda XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX numaralı kredi kartımı kullanıyorudum. Ancak yeni hesabımda XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX numaralı kredi kartımı kullanamıyorum. Bu kredi kartı başka bir hesapta kullanılıyormuş. Kapattığım hesapta aynı kart kullanıldığı için bu sorunun oluştuğunu düşünüyorum. Eski (kapattığım) PayPal hesabımla yeni PayPal hesabımın e-mail adresleri aynı.

    Sorunuma çözüm bulursanız ve XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX numaralı kredi kartımı kullanmama yardım ederseniz sevinirim.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    i closed my paypal account then take a new account.i used xxxxxxxxx master/visa card in my old account.İ can't use xxxxxxxx master/visa card in my new account.İ take an error message.This credit card used in an other paypal account.i think i used this credit card in my old account so i can't use it in my new account.My old account's mail and new account's mail is same.Please check my account to use this credit card in my new account.

    Thank you for contacting PayPal. I removed the numbers from your
    email...don't ever send the CC numbers in an email.
    You are correct...the same bank account or credit card number can't be used
    on 2 accounts so to open a new account is will need to have new financial
    info. U It is better to keep the original account and update to a new card
    number.
    Remove the old account number first then the new one should take. Keep the
    old account and just work thru the restrictions to reopen it.
    Click on the Resolution tab in your account to lift the restrictions .
