Thank you for contacting PayPal. I removed the numbers from your
email...don't ever send the CC numbers in an email.
You are correct...the same bank account or credit card number can't be used
on 2 accounts so to open a new account is will need to have new financial
info. U It is better to keep the original account and update to a new card
number.
Remove the old account number first then the new one should take. Keep the
old account and just work thru the restrictions to reopen it.
Click on the Resolution tab in your account to lift the restrictions .
