Forum subdomainde kurulu.hosta baktım htaccess yok.Daha önce varmıydı pek hatırlamıyorum seo falan kurulu değildi zaten.Sorunu biraz araştırdım: public_html ye 755 yazma izni verilmeli denmiş onu da denedim olmadı.
Sizce sorun ne olabilir? Örnek bir htaccess varsa deneyelim sorun ondan mı acaba?

Önbellek dizini yazılabilir değildir - bu durum forum'unuzun performansını kötü yönde etkileyecektir.

EDİT: anadizindeki cache dizininin chmodunu 777 yapınca düzeldi önbellekten kastı cache imiş.....
