Sanallaştırma ile bölünen makinalarda 1 core 2 core gibi kavramlar tamamen terim amaçlı kullanılır.Yani 6 çekirdekli 3 ghz hızında bir işlemci ile paylaştırma yapıldığını varsayarsak; 1 çekirdek 3 ghz anlamına gelmeyebilir.Size belli bir çekirdek kullanımı verilir,program üzerinden bunun 1 yada 2.3.4... cpu olduğu belirtilir.Önemli olan kullanılan işlemci,makinadaki vds sayısı ve kullanımı ile size verilen mhz'dir.Kullanılan işlemci ve verilen mhz değeri aynı olsa bile her sunucuda farklılık gösterir.Ram konusunda ie,sistem kendine ufak bir bellek ayrımı yapar,kalanı %100 kullanıma açıktır
