config.php.new in ismini config.php yapınız diyor. ve gerekli database bilgilerini config.php ye giriniz.

genelde localhost ta
database kullanıcı adı : root
şifre : boş bırakılır.
sadece database oluşturup databasename e oluşturdugunuz db yi yazınız.
