Sorun çözülmüştür.
7-8 senedir aktif bir sitem vardı. son yıllarda pek ilgilenemiyordum ancak bir süredir forum a girdiğimde aşağıdaki uyarıyı alır oldum.

Database bilgileri de doğru. Yani yıllardır değiştirmedim de.
Dreamhost kullanıyorum adamlara attığım mailde sorunun kendilerinden kaynaklanmadığını söylediler.
nerede hangi hatayı yapıyorum bilmiyorum.
