Merhaba arkadaşlar. Sırf bu sorunu çözemediğim için 10 tane falan farklı script denedim. Fakat en son Av Arcade 4.x sürümünde kodları şu şekilde kullanarak sonuca ulaştım:

$abcd = str_replace ("ç", "c", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("ğ", "g", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("ı", "i", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("ö", "o", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("ş", "s", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("ü", "u", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("Ç", "C", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("Ğ", "G", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("İ", "I", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("Ö", "O", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("Ü", "U", $abcd);
$abcd = str_replace ("Ş", "S", $abcd);

Nedense bazı karakteri str_replace fonksiyonu ile düzeltemedim. Sonra karakterlerin kodlarını yazarak sonuca ulaştım. Şu anda sitemde kullanıyorum kodları.Çalışıyor yani.Ama gördüğünüz gibi büyük harf küçük harf dönüştürmesi yapmıyor.
