Python Gelişimimde Yardimci Olacak?

Kendimi python üzerinde geliştirmek için projeler üzerinden gidiyorum fakat hiçbir yerde proxy.txt den proxy cekip tarayicinin proxy adresini degistiren bir proje göremedim yani kisacasi bu dediğim kodlama için yardimci olabilecek varsa simdiden tesekkurler.
