?x=x&xx=xx kısmını gizleyemezsiniz. İstenen kategoriler cookiede tutularak yapılabilir ama hem seoya etkisi olumsuz olur hem de bikaç satır kod değiştirmekle olmaz.

seo önemli diğil aslında ama tam olarak nasıl yapa bilirim yada hostun id şifresini verim siz baka bilirsin benim için sakıncası yok

Bunu yapabilmeniz için sadece .htaccess dosyasında değişiklik yeterli olmıyacaktır.

Kategori php dosyanızda get ile gelen id değerlerine göre işlem yapılıyor muhtemelen.
