Merhaba arkadaşlar iletişim formumda aşağıdaki kodu devam ettirmek istiyorum. Bunun nasıl yapabilirim?

.$mesaj. kodundan sonra adsoyad,iletisim vs. .vs gibi bilgiler gelsin istiyorum mail adresime. Bir de bunlar alt alta olsun istiyorum. Ayrı ayrı content kodları oluşturdum fakat olmadı. İsterseniz tüm kodları vereyim hatamın nerede olduğunu söylerseniz çok sevinirim. Şimdiden teşekkürler.
