PSN Store'daki fiyatlar tüm oyuncuları etkiliyor maalesef, hepimiz dahil. Onun için Steam'de olduğu gibi 2-2.5 arası gibi en azından kur sabitlenebilir, veya direkt üst limit belirlenebilir bir şey olabilir ama bu devran böyle dönmemeli diye kampanya başlatılmış ve ben de severek katılarak sizlere de duyurmak istedim.

I am writing this email with the hopes of conveying the concerns of Turkish Playstation community.

As a member of Playstation community in Turkey, I must sadly report that, the latest pricing strategy of Playstation Turkey online store has started to greatly impact whether we can afford to play games. You might know that Playstation Turkey online store is not locally managed and is subject to European pricing. In other words, we pay close to 70 euros for newly released games. The problem is, we can't afford it economically. You can clearly see our predicament when you simply compare minimum wages across countries like France, Germany and the UK versus Turkey. By simply comparing minimum wages, you can see that a person in those countries earn about five (yes 5!) times of a counterpart in Turkey (around 1500 euros vs 300).

The solution to our problem is not as hard as it sounds. You can see for yourself that online services like Spotify, Netflix, Apple Music, EA Access and Xbox Game Pass all have special pricing for Turkey. Furthermore, STEAM has special pricing and discounts for our country as well.

In short, we kindly ask Sony to revise the prices for Turkish Playstation Store and apply the fixed exchange rate that will make games reachable for Turkish Playstation players. We think it may be obtainable by revising the prices and putting a region lock to games that are sold on the Turkish playstation store.

Türk Playstation sahipleri olarak Playstation Store Türkiye’de son dönemde artan oyun fiyatları ile ilgili geri bildirimde bulunmak istiyoruz. Türk Lirası'nın (TL) ABD Doları ve Euro karşısında değer kaybetmesi nedeniyle, Türkiye'de temel ihtiyaçlar bile daha pahalı hale geldi. Playstation Türkiye'deki son fiyat güncellemesi ile Marvel's Spider-Man (469 TL) & Red Dead Redemption 2 (469 TL) ve hatta daha eski oyunlar (Shadow of the Tomb Raider (469 TL) gibi) asgari ücretin (1603 TL) neredeyse 1/3'üne denk geliyor. Bu nedenle, bizler için oyun satın almak artık imkansız hale geldi. Mevcut döviz kuru dalgalanmaları gerçek satın alma gücümüzü yansıtmıyor.

İzlediğiniz politikayı takip etmek yerine Sony'nin Türkiye pazarında Steam gibi sabit döviz kuru uygulayabileceğini düşünüyoruz. Türk Playstation Store fiyatları, Türk halkının gerçek satın alma gücüne karşılık gelen ortalama bir değere indirgenebilir. Elbette, Sony'nin kar marjı hakkındaki endişelerini anlıyoruz, ancak bu fiyat seviyesinde oyunları sadece azınlık bir gruba satmak anlamsız. Oyunu daha az kişiye satmak yerine revize edilmiş fiyatlar ile binlerce oyuncu oyunları satın alabilir. Şu durumda, pek çok oyun, ABD Playstation mağazasında Türk mağazasından daha ucuz.

Özetle, Sony'den Türk Playstation Store'a yönelik fiyatları revize etmesini ve sabit döviz kuru uygulamasına geçerek Türk Playstation oyuncuları için daha ulaşılabilir fiyatlandırma uygulamasını istiyoruz. Bunun, fiyatların revize edilerek ve Türk PlayStation Store'da satılan oyunlara bölge kilidi eklenerek mümkün olacağını düşünüyoruz.
