Thank you for contacting Wild West Domains. We understand you’re in a difficult situation and are doing everything we can to assist you with your domain(s).

We have reviewed the situation with all parties involved and we can propose two different options for those domain names that are no longer accessible, depending on when your domain was purchased.

Option 1 - If you purchased your domain from Teknoclouds more than 60 days ago, please reach out to Microsoft Azure support. You will need to create an Azure account, if you do not already have one. Be sure to include all domain(s) that you are attempting to recover and your Azure subscription ID associated with the domain(s). Please request that the domain is unlocked, privacy is removed and to have your EPP / Authorization code sent to you. The authorization code can only be sent to the Administrative Contact listed on your domain. Once this is completed you may contact another domain registrar and request a domain transfer.

Option 2 - For domains that were purchased from Teknoclouds within the last 60 days, it is not possible to transfer your domain to another registrar. You may have your domain moved to Domains Priced Right, free of charge. To begin this process, follow the below steps.

1. Go to DomainspricedRight.com and create a shopper account.
2. In the shopper account place your contact information under Account/Settings (will help with moving domains into that account.)
3. Send an email to support@wildwestdomains.com with the below information, they can assist with moving the domains out of the current account into your own account.

This process may take some time to complete depending on the volume of domains that are being moved to DomainsPricedRight.com.
Should you decide not to choose option 1 or option 2, you will not be able to manage or access your domain.
