Sunucum Hotmaile Mail Gönderemiyor

Merhaba arkadaşlar, linux sunucum hotmaile mail gönderemiyor.
mail quee de kalıyor. Araştırmalarıma göre spf kaydıyla alakalı sanırım.
Yapabilecek arkadaşların özel mesaj ile ücreti mail atmasını rica ediyorum.

Hotmail ise hata maili geri dönüşü yapmıyor. Mail queue de tutuyor ordan göndermeye calıstıgımda ise şu çıktıyı alıyorum ;

sunucu ana ipinizden hem gmail hem hotmaile çok fazla mail yollanmış, geçici olarak ip adresiniz banlanmış.

mail serverinizi sunucu iplerinden bir başkasını kullanacak şekilde ayarlayabilir veya kalıcı olarak sunucu ana ipini değiştirebilirsiniz.

Sunucu hangi firmada? örneğin ovh deyse ana ipi değiştiremezsiniz.
