Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a PHP developer to develop new features to, improve and maintain a popular WordPress plugin.

Here's my must-have criteria:

  1. Impeccable English writing skills. (Don't have to speak fluently.)
  2. Highly skilled in PHP (we're going to write clean & well-documented code with OOP).
  3. Knowledge of WordPress (well enough to know about all WordPress APIs, and understand how the whole WordPress ecosystem & communities work).
  4. Located in Ankara. (People who reside in Eskişehir or Konya can also be considered, if they're open to visit Ankara at least three times a month.)
  5. Knowledge of information security (well enough to prevent the plugin from being exploited by hackers).

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of SVN and Git.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript (mostly front-end stuff).
  • Knowledge in server-side speed optimization.
