Join the new marketing team of a young and dynamic start-up in a digital marketing position. You will be responsible for all online marketing strategy and implementation.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Education or previous experience managing in online marketing campaigns (New graduates with relevant education will be considered.)
  • Strong bond with digital world and social media and will come up with a strategy and tactics to drive traffic and sales.
  • Passion and sales mentality is key to achieve conversions.
  • Experience in e-commerce preferably in clothing and retail.
  • Confidence to manage tight deadline in delivery and work in a highly demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Photoshop applications.
  • Minimum two years liberty from military service for male candidates.
  • Fluent in English
  • Main office is located in Ankara.


Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Having full responsibility for the definition and implementation of the marketing multi channel strategy of the different E-Commerce and E-Shops managed by SYMedya.
  • Drive traffic and sales on websites based on marketing online activities such as partnership, referencing, social media, and affinity groups.
  • Develop new online and offline marketing campaigns, researching the competitor landscape to make sure the campaigns are relevant and up to date.
  • Maximize sales transformation by maximizing online merchandising.
  • Ensure that cost per customer acquisition is aligned with planning and budget
  • Producing interesting innovative creative briefs. Delivering target KPI''s around online advertising.
  • Reporting on the success of the campaigns using reporting systems like Google Analytics and WebTrends.
  • Optimize marketing across certain web sites to ensure product and the creative focus are relevant to target audiences.
