Mr. x, please note that when you order an item and authorize a
payment, it will show as 'Pending' in your PayPal account until the
merchant captures it. A capture is when funds move from your PayPal account
to a merchant's PayPal account. After the merchant has captured your
payment, the transaction will show as 'Complete' in your account and you
will be notified in an email from PayPal that your payment is captured.

Merchants can capture the payment straight away; however, in some instances
they may need to capture the payment at a later date. For example, they may
need to confirm item availability, assemble your goods or account for late
changes to the order.

If you are completing the payment using money from your PayPal balance, a
temporary hold will be placed on these funds until your merchant completes
the payment. If you are completing the payment using your credit or debit
card, your card issuer may place a similar hold for that amount on your
card balance.

If your merchant does not capture your authorized payment, the
authorization will expire after 29 days and all holds will be released.

Please note:

• The merchant can take multiple settlements of smaller amounts to make up
the total for one authorisation. The amount of each settlement is deducted
from the total amount you have authorised
• If the amount captured by the merchant is lower than the original
authorisation, the difference in funds will be returned to your PayPal
balance when the payment completes
• You must contact the merchant in order to cancel an existing
authorisation. It is not possible to cancel an authorisation from your
PayPal account.

Therefore Mr. x, we are waiting for the seller/merchant to capture
the funds and complete these transactions. When this happens, the status of
the payments will change to 'Completed'.
