Merhaba 3 yıldır ebay drop yapıyorum yeni gelen ara depo sorununu çözemedim yardımcı olabilecek varmı ?

Ara depo sözleşmem var aslında ebaya mail attım gönderdim ret geldi bunu nasıl çözeriz ?
