Cpanel'e Harici SMTP Bağlama

Merhaba arkadaşlar. IP adresini outlook, hotmail, msn bloklamış görünüyor. Bu yüzden microsoft networke ait maillere mail atamıyoruz geri dönüyorlar. Blokeyi hotmail tüm DC nin IP lerine yapmış görünüyor bu anlamda kişisel çözüm arayışındayım.

AWS SES veya MS 365 e domainimi ekleyip DNS lerimi editleyebilirim.
Nasıl bir çare bulmalıyım ki Cpanel yani blokeli IP adresim deki POP3 çalışsın fakat eposta göndereceksem MS 365 yada AWS SES deki smtp hesabımdan gönderimi yapabileyim.

Tamamen cpanelden çıkmak domainin MX lerini yonlendirmek istemiyorum çünkü var olmayan maillerin de (default address) kaçmasını istemiyorum. MS 365 de veya AWS de sanırım catch all özellikleri sıkıntılı.

Bu konuda sistem yönetici arkadaşlar yardım ederlerse çok sevinirim.

There is no silver bullet to maintaining or improving good IP reputation, but these programs help you proactively manage your email eco-system to help better ensure deliverability to Outlook.com users.

iP adresi nedir blokeli ?

Bloklanan ipnizi 1.1.1.x şeklinde yazarsanız blokenin kaldırılması için bir şeyler yapılabilir, ayrıca dediğiniz özelliğe uygun mail servisleri de mevcuttur ve WHM ile uyumludur.

işin özü arkadaşlar external smtp kullanmak istiyorum, outlook programıma da hesap eklerken pop3 olarak mail.domain.com u girmek ve smtp olarak da smtp.haricidestekdomain.com u girmek istiyorum. Göndermelerim harici smtp den ve gelen mailleri almam ise mail.domain.com dan olmalı bu yönde bir ayar önerisi varmı?

bunu şu anda sağlayabiliyorum fakat outlook bir mail göndereceksem harici smtp nin user/pass ını istiyor. mailleri check etmek istediğinde ise pop3 ümün user/pass ını istiyor sürekli değişmek zor maalesef.

Problem devam ediyorsa Office 365 üzerinden smtp relay yapmanıza yardımcı olabilirim. Detaylar için pm atmanızı rica ederim.

Gönderimlerinizi Outlook programı üzerinden yazpıyorsanız relay gerek kalmadan programdaki smtp sunucusunu değiştirmeniz yeterli olur. Bunuda zaten yapmışsınız galiba.
Outlook sürekli user/pass istememesi gerekiyor aslında.
İsterseniz https://www.thunderbird.net/ gibi bir eposta istemcisi kullanıp deneyin.

Mümkün olabiliyordur mutlaka ben CPANEL DNS ZONE dan yada WHM den bir ayar yapayım gönderimler Office 365 hesabından yapılsın ama pop3 ler WHM/CPANEL den alınmaya devam etsin ki yeni mail açmalar, şifreler rutin devam edebilsin istiyorum.
