Onesixone's trade mark appears for the entire duration of the video to the top right of the screen. The use of its logo in the video is in the context of entertainment and the publication of multimedia material online. Thus, it is an infringement of Onesixone's registered trade mark. Onesixone has not authorised the use of its trade mark.
