config.php ayarları....

Arkadaşlar config.php ayarlarını yapmama rağmen vbulletin kurulumunda şöyle bir hata ile karşı karşıyayım;

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

Sorunun nedenini bilen arkadaşlarım yardımcı olabilirler mi ?

config.php dosyasından kaynaklanıyor. daha dün gece aynı sorunu yaşadım. farklı config attım çözüldü
