It seems that you have misconfigured your webserver; it shows an
internal 500 error, which is caused by incorrect permissions on the
folders/files used by the webserver.
We would like to inform you that the support you requested is outside
the scope of your Service Level Agreement. LeaseWeb can offer support
for those tasks, but it will always be paid support and it is based on
best effort. The given tasks are approved by the customer and any
outcome is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore we advise you
to make a backup of all important data before we begin to your request.
Our paid support is always billed on the next invoice in units of 15
minutes. The time that will be billed is the actual time spent. The rate
is 24.75 per 15-minute unit during office hours and 37.25 outside
office hours. Office hours are from 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM (CET), during
work days. Please advise if you would like to continue with this
