Dün öğleden sonra hostgator'dan baby plan host aldım,ödemeyi paypal ile yaptım mail adresime gelen mail şu şekilde

mailden anladığım kadarıyla bir problem yok ama cpanel'e giremiyorum(sadece ilk geldiği zaman giriş yapabildim) http://gbclient.hostgator.com/login bu adresden giriş yapabiliyorum aşağıdaki mesajı alıyorum.

derdimi live chat'den anlatıcaktım önce size sorayım dedim,benim başka birşeyler yapmam gerekiyormu yoksa desteğemi başvurayım ?

@not:yukarıda yazdığım mail in dışında bir mail gelmedi(kimlik doğrulama vs).

Kimlik doğrulaması için 2. bir mail gelmiş olması lazım o maile cevap olarak kimlik fotokopini yollarsan açılır hesabın.

tarayıcıdan kimliğin kopyasını çıkarıp gönderdim altdaki yazıyı yazmışlar,başka ne istiyorlar ? yeterince sinir ettiler zaten
