Kimlik doğrulama veya yönetimden onay bekliyor.Arkadaşlar dün bluehosttan kredi kartımla 1 yıllık hosting satın aldım ancak iptal ettirip paramı geri almak istiyorum bunun için ne yapmam lazım konu hakkında hiçbir bilgim yok. Nereye başvurmam gerekiyor? Yardımcı olan atrkadaşlara şimdiden teşekkür ederim - 21-09-2009, 13:12:29ticket açtım ama 6saat oldu live chattan yardım istedim ancak onlarda bekleyin en kısa sürede cevap verilecektir diyor. Başka ne yapmam lazım acaba

May I ask why you wish to discontinue your services?
To cancel your account and have a refund issued, please verify you are the account's owner by replying with the last four characters of the cPanel password on the account or the last four digits of the credit card on file -- this is for security purposes If you have paid with PayPal please respond with the password for your BlueHost account.
When a cancellation is processed, we delete all of the content from the account. This includes your emails, your files, and your databases. Once they have been deleted, there is not a possibility of restoration. Have you backed up all your content to your personal computer?
If you have any domain names registered through us, please specify as to whether or not you would like to keep them registered.
