2-3 ay önce amazon free tier kullandım fakat belli bir trafiği geçince para yazıyormuş onu anladım ve kullanmayı bıraktım. Şuanda amazonda Temmuz ayından $0.81 ve Ağustos ayından da $0.07 tutarlarında 2 faturam görünüyor.
Amazonda kullandığım kart, ön ödemeli kart (ininal). Amazona bu borçları ne zaman çekeceğini sorduğumda bana Her ayın 3'ü ve 8'i arasında tahsil ediliyor dediler. Ben kartımda 1 ay boyunca yeterli parayı beklettiğim halde benden parayı almadılar. Bu konuyla ilgili sürekli mailler gönderiyorum ama tam bir cevap alamıyorum. Son attığım maile bugün şöyle bir cevap geldi

Sizlere bu konuyla ilgili üç soru sormak istiyorum;
1- İleride bu başıma dert olur mu? Kartta para beklettiğim halde hiçbir şekilde parayı çekmediler.
2- İngilizce mailde tam olarak ne yazıyor.
3- Tahsilat periyodunu beklemeden amazon faturalarımı nasıl öderim?
