evet katılıorum belki htaccess de sorun yasayabilirsin baskada sorun yasamazsın sanırım

windows sunucuda daima chmod (dosya/klasör izinleri) açısından sorun yaşarsın ve bu sorunun sebebi de izinler olabilir sunucu panelinden önerilen chmod ayarlarını yapman olayı çözebilir

windows da sorunsuz kullananlar var. Mecbur değilsen linux tercih et.
