Robots txt Ayarı Nası Olmalı

Merhaba Arkadaşlar,
5 gün önce wordpress blog xenforo forum' un olduğu siteyi kurdum şimdi robots.txt içeriği nasıl olmalı. ve Google Webmaster Tools üzerinden 2 ayrı mülkmü açmalıyım. sitemap dosyaları tanımlı olması ve 1 hafta olmasına rağmen sıfır index aldı nasıl bir yol izlemeliyim.
