Exporting Contacts in Windows Live Messenger 2011.
1. Sign in to the Windows Live Mail account you want to get the contacts exported from (by this we mean the site, not messenger itself).
2. On the left sidebar you will see a series or menus and options, among the last you will find Contacts (before calendar), click on it.
3. In order to export the list into another MSN messenger 2011 account click on Manage >>> Export (This option is located in the horizontal bar right next to edit, new delete)
4. You will end up creating a .csv file format and saving it to your computer. After that you can import it to the other WLM 2011 account.
Importing Contact Lists into WLM 2011 from another account.
1. Sign in to the Windows Live Mail account to which you want your contacts imported to (by this we mean the site, not messenger itself).
2. On the left sidebar you will see a series or menus and options, among the last you will find Contacts (before calendar), click on it.
3. Now you can see your current contacts. In order to import new contacts into MSN messenger 2011 click on Manage >>> Import (This option is located in the horizontal bar right next to edit, new delete)
4. You will be taken to a new screen where there are multiple services and sites from which you can get new friends, you have to choose Another Windows Live Account at the bottom.
5. Browse and upload the .CSV file where the contacts you want imported are located and click on Import Contacts.
