    To better protect the privacy of our customers, Jelsoft have implemented a
    change to the 'priority forum support' system, which enables customers to
    receive support, information and resources from vBulletin-affiliated sites.

    From now on, you will need to expressly opt-in to allow other sites to verify
    whether or not you hold a valid and active license and provide these services to
    you.

    For this service to function, external forums are able to verify the email
    address used when registering the member account against our central customer
    database. If the email address matches the address assigned as primary contact
    on the account or an additional secondary user address, and the account contains
    at least one active vBulletin license, a "yes" is returned that notifies forums
    that the account belongs to an active customer. At this point, access to
    additional resources will be provided.
