Cpanele girebiliyorum ama puplic_html gitmiş ortalıkta yok.sorunu nasıl çözebilirim aynı sorunla karşılaşan arkadaşların yardımını bekliyorum..

- 30-12-2009, 17:52:29Silinmemiştir sadece o sitenin bulunduğu dizinin chmodunu sıfırlamıştır. Büyük ihtimalle cpu limitleri aşıldığı için böyle bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Mail adresinizi kontrol edin mutlaka bilgi maili yollanmıştır. Eğer cpu limitini aşan işlemleri tahmin edebiliyorsanız size yolladıkları tickete ''site ilgili problemi tespit ettim gerekli izinleri verirseniz düzenleme yapacağım'' yada ingilizce olarak ''The problem with the last site cpu limit was detected. Will solve the problem if given the necessary permissions.'' yazarsanız sizden kendi ip adresinizi isterler o arada sitenizle ilgili gerekli düzenlemeleri yapıp tickete sorunu düzelttiğinizi yazın 1 saat içinde siteniz herkese açılır.

bilgilendirme maili gelmedi sitenin kapalı olduğunu gördükten sonra hostgatorla irtibata geçtim bu mail geldi ve bu maile cevap vermem istendi.
