If you would like to use a paid hosting account for the domain name that you have the free hosting account setup with you can upgrade it to a paid hosting account. I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. I have requested that a refund be applied to your account for your cancelled hosting account. As some of our services are non-refundable, this does not guarantee that the refund will be given. The request must be approved by our billing department. Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved.

Once the credit appears in your Go Daddy account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

To upgrade or downgrade your hosting account, follow the instructions below:

First, log into your customer account:

. Go to the Go Daddy Account Login Page.
. Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password.

After logging in follow these steps:

. Click on the 'My Account' link on the right hand side of the screen.
. Select "Web Hosting & Databases" from the "Hosting & Email" menu at the top of the 'Welcome' page.
. Click the domain you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
. Click on the 'Upgrade/Downgrade Hosting Account' link on the right
. Follow the instructions to select the plan you require.

Your hosting account may take up to 72 hours to complete change. Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
