Site devamlı spam maili gönderiyor nasıl durdurabilirim? +R10

Siteme kayıt esnasında google robot koruması eklemeden önce büyük oranda fake bot mail ile üye olunmuştu. Sonucunda böyle bir hata alıyorum. Bunu engellemenin bir yolu var mı?
