Öncelikle konu yanlış yerdeyse özür dilerim ama acil yardıma var arkadaşlar. Arkadaşlar steamdan 10 TL'Lik birşey almaya çalıştım, hepsinde hata verdi. Bende bir 4-5 kere denedim yeter artık dedim bıraktım.

3-4 saat sonra bi baktım -2 -2 -2 -2 -2 diye diye benden 10 tl para çekmiş. Bakiyede zaten 10 vardı bitirmiş. Bankayı aradım hakkımda 16 tane para çekme işlemi gerçekleştirmeye çalışmışlar hepsi başarısız olmuş. Nasıl bir saçmalıktır anlamış değilim de, steam support'a mesaj attım. İngilizce cevap geldi. Yardımlarınızı bekliyorum. Nedemek istiyorlar?

A pending order might be preventing you from completing your transaction.

In order to cancel any pending orders, go to https://help.steampowered.com/ and select "A Purchase”. The status of your purchases will be displayed on the right of each attempt. Select the pending title you wish to cancel and click on “Cancel this transaction” to clear up this pending order.

You can review your purchase history by clicking on “View purchase history” on the Store & Purchase History tab at http://store.steampowered.com/account. This page is also accessible by clicking on your username on the top right hand corner of Steam and selecting “Account details.” You can cancel the pending transaction by selecting it on the purchase history page and following the procedure described on the paragraph above.

NOTE: Please only cancel orders which have not been paid or that you have no intention to complete.
