yasadışı bir şekilde mp3, video klip ve benzer formatlarda kullanıldığı ve umuma
iletildiği belirlenmiştir.
Tüm bu sebeplerle, ilgili mevzuat hükümleri gereğince iş bu
e-mailimizin tarafınıza ulaşmasından itibaren 3 ( üç ) gün içerisinde
sözü edilen yasa dışı kullanımın ( ihlalin ) sona erdirilmesini, ihlale
konu mp3lerin, video kliplerin içerikten çıkarılmasını ve yapılan radyo
yayınının durdurulmasını aksi takdirde ise sitenize erişimin engellenmesi
ve hakkınızda ceza ve hukuk davası açılması için ulusal ve uluslar arası
mevzuattan kaynaklanan tüm başvuru ve şikayet haklarının kullanılacağını
ihtaren bildiririz.

of intellectual property in Turkey, Phonogram producers are
authorized for or to prohibit the sale of the musical fixations
through instruments whether by cable or over the air, also digital transmission included,
the public distribution of the performances present at the
phonograms (cassette, CD) where the phonogram producers have the
rights on.

Yapımcıları Meslek Birliği” is a collecting society that has been founded to protect and
execute
the rights of the member phonogram producers. You may find the whole

(infringement),stop the radio broadcasting which is made and remove the
