Upload Ederken Cgi-bin sorunu

arkdaslar siteme ostube , rayzz , clipshare gibi video scriptlerini kurdum hepsinde goruroumki ayni hata videoyu yüklemeye calisirken cgi-bin yonlendirmesi ile ilgili bir sorun var herhalde direk 400 eroru sayfa goruntulenemiyor diyor atio ama cgi-bin destekli olmayan video scriptlerinde serverima video gonderebiliorum yani sorun cgi bin ile ilgili

/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default contains the following lines:
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /usr/lib/cgi-bin/
<Directory "/usr/lib/cgi-bin">
AllowOverride None
Options ExecCGI -MultiViews +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
On edgy there was ineed a /usr/lib/cgi-bin however on feisty it does not exist. So I created it in order to have cgi-bin access.
